I Apologize for taking such a long time to get back to you. I was caught up in Holiday business.

My trip in Myanmar was great. I really enjoyed it and learned so much. The tour guides were really friendly as well. In Bagan and Inle Lake the English the tour guides speak could perhaps improve a little, but iI was ale to get all my questions answered. Perhaps I would have also like to be guided less through streets or areas where I feel forced to buy things, but I do understand that tourist are a great income source to people who sell souvenirs. Overall those would probably be my only two complaints. It was definitely a great trip and I have been recommending Myanmar to all my friends and family now.

I’m sorry it took this long to write to you. I went back to the Philippines after the Myanmar tour and it is only now that I got back to USA. I want you to know that we really had a very fond time and memories of our stay in Myanmar. The sights were outstanding and the guides were very knowledgeable and attentive to our needs. The hotels were more than we expected. I want to thank you for providing us with high quality visit to Myanmar.

I even had the chance to buy the book I was wanting. The lady, Ms Win Win really saved it for me I think. She was not there when we went to the bookstore but other sales lady kew exactly where it was. I expressed my interest to the guide in Bagan and he brought us to the Medicinal Plant Garden near Mt Popa where the lady expert of the garden showed us the garden and the plants and thEir uses. It was indeed a very educational, cultural and social tour we had.
Again thank you so much for meeting our needs. Wish you all the best for the coming year.

First I would like to thank you for answering all of my inquires prior to the trip–omigosh, our 40+ emails must be a record!! Our 11 days Myanmar tour went super well. My friend and I were able to freely enjoy the sights and have ample rests because of your good itinerary and the excellent service of all the local guides and drivers. Having been there and now realize the heat and local particularities, I would heed anyone who is not a survivalist to plan guided tours on their first visits to Myanmar. Of course I would not hesitate to recommend your company. Here I especially want to commend your Yangon guide, Joe (Mr. Zaw Min Oo). Joe was scholarly and professional, very personable and extended his services to assure for our safety, comfort and thorough enjoyment.

The trip was excellent but the guide in Heho – Inle just graduated and did not explain very well and has not done enough work to learn about history and explanation.
Mostly stood back and let us explore without much explanation. Needs to really improve and understand what it means to be good guide. May need to follow some senior guides first who have excellent review
Apart from that all the arrangements were excellent and my wife and I were very happy with the tour and hotels and rooms and guides in Bagan and Mandalay.
I am happy to recommend Myanmar Tours to my friends.
My wife says special thank you and for 50th birthday I bought her a nice Mogok ruby pendant to remember the trip.

Dear Diu Tran,

Everything was great, we loved Myanmar and tour. We just have a less favorable opinion about the level of Mr. Min Spanish (although he is a lovely person) and on Inle Lake (since 15.30 we’re in the hotel, which was wonderful, and there was no way to do anything else) .

Everything was wonderful and we have been eager to return to the area next year. Now we ask budget because we are thinking about going to Camboia and Laos for two weeks.

The trip was fantastic. The guides, for the most part, were very good. The last, in Inle Lake did not speak English very well, but we managed.

The hotels were all good. Mi Casa, we did not have hot water on our fist stay and the restaurant was not comfortable because of very loud music. However, we had no issues on our second stay.

Overall, we liked the way the tour was organized and conducted and would highly recommend it to anyone.

Dear Huong,

I am letting you know that I had the most wonderful time in Myanmar and cannot fault any part of the tour except not long enough, so will plan to return within the next 18 months.

The 10 days the itinerary allowed me to see and visit many places without being too rushed. It all went very smoothly and I did not encounter any issues (except my clumsiness at Heho airport when I tripped over).

Each guide in Yangon, Bagan, Mandalay and Kalaw/Inle Lake was very friendly, courteous and knowledgeable. They were open to answering the many questions I asked and each guide had their own special way of the providing the knowledge of their region or the history in general. Pan very passionate about Bagan and Nyi Nyi very funny and interested in learning some of our Aussie slang.

All the drivers were careful on the very busy roads and at no time did I feel unsafe. It is certainly a skill to drive right-handed cars on the right-hand side of the road.

This is only a brief response to such a wonderful trip but wanted you to know how grateful I was for the organisation and planning of the itinerary and meeting local Myanmar people.

Thank you again and I will certainly recommend Myanmar Tours to anyone interested in travelling there. I will be in touch in the future when I plan my next visit to Myanmar.
